This trip we truly left our hearts is San Fransisco! We had the best trip ever! Jared graduated from Animation Mentor, Maya got her first tooth, my parents came and it was 70 degrees (unlike the 36 at home)! We were able to visit with my Aunt and Uncle Davis in Burlingame, which is a suburb of San Fran. Thomas as usual left with an amazing gift, an arrowhead from the Bronze Age! Thank you again Uncle Ron! Last time we visited they gave him a Rock from Mt. St. Helens, when it erupted. We were also able to do some sightseeing while we were there, which was a lot of fun. We went to the Japanese tea gardens in Golden Gate park. It was one of the most beautiful, unique, and peaceful places I have ever been! We walked across the Golden Gate bridge. The view was gorgeous, but quite windy. We drove down the very crooked Lombard street, twice. We saw the Painted Ladies. They are a row of houses made famous by the intro to Full House. The ornate woodwork was amazing to see up close. Thomas and my parents went to the Exploratorium. We went to the Yoda fountain at the I.L.M. (Industrial Light and Magic) studios. And as become a tradition ever time we visit, we drove by Pixar! We love the bay area and miss our adventure already!
